“GBC Homes was great to work with for the patio project at our home. We wanted to raise our patio cover, and add lighting, fans, and an electrical outlet for a TV. They went above and beyond what we had pictured in our minds. The materials used for the finished product helped turn our back yard into a more beautiful and functional place to relax. The electricians, framers, and roofers were polite and professional. The cost was very fair for the work and materials to make a solid, long lasting, patio cover. Everyone at GBC Homes were professional, listened to our wish list, and clearly explained what they could do (and explained why some items they would not do as they would not make sense to do for structural or budget purposes), worked within our budget, and we are really pleased!”

“The work Casita Builders LLC did for us was exceptional. From the first time Steve came to visit us and later when he provided a thoroughly detailed estimate for our project we knew this was a professional and efficiently run business. His team demonstrated the same every day they were here working on our house. They regularly updated us on progress, next steps and left the work space clean and tidy at the end of each day. The quality of their work was apparent to us from the day they started renovating to the day they finished…everything was done to exacting standards. It’s clear they care about the work they do, and they ensure any subs (plumbers, electricians, etc.) that come in share the same commitment to quality. The project was completed on time and on budget. There were no delays or surprises at any point in the project. At the end of the day we know that we received incredible value for our investment. We won’t hesitate to call Steve again the next time we embark on a home improvement project. “John Smieszek, Aspect Fine Homes, is a man you can trust. He has a thorough knowledge of construction principles and the construction industry. He will always see that every job is completed to your satisfaction and will not rest until you are completly happy. My experience with John was during the construction of my luxury home. When not on site he was only a phone call away and his responses were always timely. His management of the sub-contractors was exemplary. There was never any down time and the construction never deviated from schedule. If a problem arose it was always taken care of immediately and to my satisfaction. I can only give John the highest of recommendations and would not hesitate to use him on any future remodel or whole house construction.”
