Hepler Homes
New Home Construction in Jefferson County.
Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars29 January 2016
“Dave Hepler not only builds a beautiful home, he also does a great job completing repairs to other homes as needed. I have had my real estate license in the area for nearly thirteen years and gone through numerous home inspections. Many of my clients use Dave and Hepler Homes for all types of repairs from new roofs, entire exterior wall replacements, and replacement of entire electrical systems. Dave and his crew work fast, in a clean manner and they are highly efficient, often facilitating a closing to be on time because of their great competence. Hepler Homes also works well with structural engineers where needed and they are always polite and respectful of my clients needs. Pricing is more than fair and again, the work is excellent. It is without reservation that I more than highly recommend Dave Hepler and Hepler Homes. Patricia Wulf - Real Estate Professional”

Foreman Builders Inc

Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars15 February 2013
“Very Honest contractor! Good communication, with Mr. Foreman as well as staff. Company did an addition on to our 1920 home, addressed our concerns along the way, came back and re-did some work after we moved in. Finished renovations pretty close to target date, Have referred this company to a neighbor as well.”
Kingston Royce Homes, LLC
New Home Construction in Jefferson County.
Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars21 March 2014
“We wanted to transform a builder-basic basement into a more custom design to meet our needs. Arlen at Kingston Royce helped us shape the details and executed on an amazing finished product. It was important to us that the project include specific elements, but also complimented the stylistic details of the rest of the house. The finished product is so seamless that our guests and family have trouble remembering what it looked like before construction!”
Miller's Residential Creations, LLC
New Home Construction in Jefferson County.
Average rating: 4 out of 5 stars22 October 2018
“MRC completed several projects for us: built a detached two level two car garage, built a 10'x20' sunroom where we once had a screened porch, gutted and remodeled our master bathroom, and put in a stone driveway. Brian excels at working with the client to make the many decisions involved with any construction project. With all projects he stayed within the detailed budget and finished within a reasonable time frame. He is both creative and practical bringing years of construction expertise to the work. The garage and sun room were completed in 2012 and six years later are in great shape. The bathroom was completed in 2015 and exceeded all expectations. We feel lucky to have found Brian!”
Brush Arbor Home Construction
New Home Construction in Jefferson County.
Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars30 January 2014
“Brush Arbor owner Jonathan Smith built our home for a competitive price and did an excellent, high quality job. This is especially significant because ours is a complex, highly customized home. Not only were we very happy at the conclusion of the project, but we remain so because our home has stood the test of time. In addition, Jonathan was honest and professional in all of our dealings--most importantly, when he said he would do something or agreed to certain terms, he would always follow through. In fact, Jonathan occasionally checks in with us to answer a question we might have or to ensure that we continue to remain happy with our home. Thank you, Brush Arbor, for being integral to helping us make our dreams come true.”
Currey Custom Homes, Inc.
New Home Construction in Jefferson County.
Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars9 May 2017
“Currey Custom Homes is at the top of my list of quality builders to whom I refer my homeowner clients. Greg Currey is experienced not only in renovating older properties, but also building distinctive custom homes and other freestanding structures. He's got a high attention to detail and is a real craftsman. Nothing he does is cookie-cutter. He is as adept at adding an elevator to an existing house not originally designed for one, as he is at building a luxury timbered cabin in the remote Catoctin mountains, as he is gutting and renovating the interior of a condo. All with a smile on his face!”

“We've been in our Country Living Associates home for over a year now and we couldn't be happier. John and Josh King worked with us for more than 2 years, helping us find the perfect lot, then design and build our dream home. They are true craftsmen and take great pride in every detail of their work. Our build was on time and on budget and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Kings or use them again in the future. “Very reasonably priced for the quality of work. Very trustworthy - They worked in my house with out me being home. Very willing to work with the client and offer many suggestions.
