“I contracted Curtis White Companies to build a home plan that I had found on the internet. Joe and Katie were very easy to work with -- they explained everything that had to be done and gave realistic expectations of how the process would work. Once construction began, they were very good keeping me updated on progress and aware of what steps needed to be taken. They were always good about hitting specific target dates (despite a very rainy summer to work in) and kept me in the know on the things I needed to have to them. In the end, the final product is the home I was hoping for and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend Joe and Katie to anyone looking to build a house.”

“I called Iron City Builders to price replacement of rotted masonite around my chimney and patch eaves. They responded same day and set an appointment to view the work. They provided a written estimate and discussed options for the repairs the next day. Once approved they completed the work in one day. They did a quality job, very timely and responsive, great price, and left everything tidy and neat. In today's competitive market it's hard to find someone who shows up on schedule and provides good value and quality work. Iron City Builders did a great job for me.”

“My hubby and I hired Mareno Consturction to build our CUSTOM dream home!!!!! Mareno Construcion started on our home on Jan 5th 2017 and my home was completed in April 2017 and we were able to move in in May of 2017. If you are looking to build and you want it done right, give Mareno Construction a call. The owners are very knowledgeable in homebuilding industry. Their entire focus was making sure we were happy and pleased with the progress they were making on the construction of our new home. They are fair, easy to work with, reliable and most of all dependable. You can always text or call and talk with one of the owners, whenever you have questions. Just know, you will never be ignored. “Caleb did both our patio deck and our master bathroom. We love both! Our master bathroom was very outdated and had a big soaking tub and a tiny corner shower. Now we have so much extra space and an amazing walk in shower. Craft Home Design does great work and for a great price. Would definitely recommend!”

“We have followed Mike Wedgworth for a long time during his building career. We now are about three fourths of the way through the process of him building a house for us. His reputation was a major reason to pick him as our builder and he has done nothing except enhance his reputation during our process. He is honest, dependable, trustworthy and reasonable. He also has demonstrated humility in all our dealings. There have been many times when he could have hidden cost and details in order to benefit his bottom line. “I contacted Scotch Homes when I wanted to build a large home and barn on my land. I had heard nightmares about working with contractors but this was a fantastic experience. Wayne Scotch met me on the land and worked very hard to build exactly the home I wanted. He worked straight through until it was finished and finished within my budget. The home is beautiful and Scotch Homes did an excellent job.”

“My husband and I bought a new home and wanted to personalize it according to our taste. Darlene Raughton met with us, listened to our ideas and somehow made them a reality! Our project included updating paint and trim work throughout the entire house, adding a laundry room and pool bath as well as a complete kitchen redo. Darlene accomplished this with a high level of professionalism and in a timely manner, 4 months. The subs she used were professionals she has worked with for over 10 years and she was proactive regarding any issues that needed to be addressed. I have renovated homes before but this was the first time I had a woman in charge of the project, what a difference. Instead of the "this will work" approach, Darlene worked hard to make every detail perfect. She often would pick up a broom at the end of the day to ensure a clean work environment. If you are considering building or renovating, you should consider using Darlene Raughton and Reality Homes.”
