“We raised our family in the same neighborhood over 26 years. Our home yearned for updating. Some goals were: eliminate fall risks from multi level flooring, make downstairs bathroom senior safe, open up family room and brighten up downstairs with new doors and windows. We chose Marrokal because of their impeccable reputation. We did not seek other bids because ours would be the 7th Marrokal remodel project in our small cul-de-sac. All our neighbors praised their work. The Design Team exceeded our expectations and incorporated creative innovations into our home AND helped us stay within our budget. The production phase required a bit of oversight, but this job, remodeling all of the downstairs, was completed on time in 5 1/2 months. We lived in our home during the project and Marrokal always kept the job site clean! The caliber of subs was top notch. The final product turned out fabulous! Finally, we rarely need to utilize our extended warranty due to the quality of workmanship, nothing breaks! There is no doubt in our minds that we will hire Marrokal for future projects. You should too!!”

“I've been working with Brad now for a number of years as his photographer, and over that time have photographed numerous finished projects, and can attest to the attention to detail he gives each and every job. I always look forward to shooting one of his projects, as I know everything will ready to go, (even having all of the lights on prior to my arrival)! Brad always includes some extremely nice upgrades not often found in most homes, particularly built-in iPads that control specific features within the home, and in-closet safes that provide a great level of security. I can't recommend working with Brad and San Diego City Homes enough, and I look forward to making his next project shine!”

“Ryan is the consummate professional. He embodies honesty and quality, consistently exceeding our expectations in every way. Both himself and his subcontractors are clean, courteous and polite. My wife felt very comfortable being home alone with them in our house (we have four daughters as well who adored the whole crew). He has done numerous projects for us: two full bathroom remodels, a family room addition and an additional bedroom add-on. We have known Ryan and used his company over the course of 8 years. Look no further, he is the best!!!”

“Full home remodel including expanding kitchen, bedrooms/baths and closets. Worked with contractor in picking all new flooring, countertops, plumbing, appliances, fixtures and paint colors. They made it all seamless, enjoyable and exciting. Exceeded my expectations in all areas! We've been getting rave reviews on the house. Even the city inspector was impressed! We will be submitting before/after photos to Houzz in the near future.”

“Beacham Construction built our home as a new construction project. They were as capable as a GC can be. They anticipated issues and the project was completed in 15 months. BTW: our project was an architecturally significant modern home that cantilevers out from a hillside. The program was well understood and flawlessly executed by Beacham Construction.
