“Craftsman Construction provided us with a building experience that was easy and worry free. Jerry was very professional, honest and trustworthy. Whenever a problem became apparent within our project, he thoughtfully resolved the issue. He was patient with us when we decided to make an aesthetic changes, even after the specified work had been completed. But most importantly, Craftsman's quality is what keeps us coming back to Jerry. We will build another house with Craftsman when it is time to downsize. Timothy and Amy Nojaim I would like to continue my review of Craftsman Construction. It has now been 8 years since Jerry has built our home. We have temporarily moved overseas. We have continued using Jerry and Craftsman Construction to manage the upkeep and occasional repairs to our wonderful house, while we have been away. He continues to be courteous and kind to our tenants. He is always fair with his pricing. He has truly become a family friend. Thanks, Jerr!”

“I bought a home from Mid Atlantic about 6 months ago and I couldn't be happier. They built a quality home that suits my family perfectly. I am a local Realtor and see comparable homes often, nothing compares to the home I purchased. The best part about it is that if something needed adjustment or repair, Mid Atlantic was on top of it right away to make sure everything was working properly and that we were happy. “We had a great experience with Warner Custom Homes from start to finish. David understood and adhered to our budget. He worked with us and got the house we wanted within our budget. We worked with two other contractors that never got within our budget. Budget was the deciding factor in selecting Warner. Warner delivered the house on schedule. David was available throughout the process and easy to work with. Save for a few punch list items the house has been trouble free. We would highly recommend Warner Custom Homes.”

“In the past we used a design/build company and did not feel that we had control over the process or the budget. When we reviewed the bill we found the mark-up was excessive, especially when sub-contractors were used for most of the work. This time around we chose to use Chad with Arlington Construction Mangement because of the ability to control expenses, choose the products used in building our addition and select our own sub-contractors. The ability to get several estimates and meet the subs for each trade beforehand made a huge difference in our experience. We completed our project 2 months earlier than predicted and were able to stay within budget. We ended up saving 28% from our lowest bid and we were able to use upgraded products along the way. Chad gave us great advice, support and knowledge to help us through our project. I know we would not have received the same personal service from any other builder. We would use Chad again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking into building.”

“We have known and been associated with Ray Geier and Cumberland Custom Homes for over 20 years now. They are currently finishing the third house we have asked them to build. Obviously, we are very pleased with their work. Ray helped us plan our layout, create the architectural design, select materials and achieve the energy efficiency we were seeking. His skills and knowledge of the building process have led to what we feel is a very successful project. He has been most helpful in guiding us through the many decisions and compromises necessary to get what we want at a price we can afford. Above all, he is honest and listens and responds to his clients. We highly recommend Cumberland.”

“Tom Phenicie is a high integrity person, and this is the primary reason I hired him to build my home and every project needed at rental and commercial properties I own. I do not shop on competitive bids for my projects because there really are no competitors to Tom. Materials cost what they do regardless of the contractor so the only difference possible is the person on the job. My primary residence recently appraised at over 1 million, a 60% appreciation in 12 years! Quality that stands the test of time is why Tom is currently estimating a second recreational home in a neighboring state for my wife and I. We will have to pay more due to travel distance and out of state licensing, but frankly Tom is worth it. Cost figures below are for most recent commercial project.”

“After being warned of the difficulties of building a home, I was prepared for a long stressful experience. I was pleasantly surprised !! Ed and Eric are wonderful. They are very knowledgeable, professional, attentive and honest. Their work product is of the highest quality and the sub-contractors used were the best in the business. We loved working with them and are very happy in our new home. We were so pleased that we plan to have them finish our basement !!”
