“GBC Homes was great to work with for the patio project at our home. We wanted to raise our patio cover, and add lighting, fans, and an electrical outlet for a TV. They went above and beyond what we had pictured in our minds. The materials used for the finished product helped turn our back yard into a more beautiful and functional place to relax. The electricians, framers, and roofers were polite and professional. The cost was very fair for the work and materials to make a solid, long lasting, patio cover. Everyone at GBC Homes were professional, listened to our wish list, and clearly explained what they could do (and explained why some items they would not do as they would not make sense to do for structural or budget purposes), worked within our budget, and we are really pleased!”

“Dan from Nu Wavz Homes builds custom homes, but he also does remodels and other various things around the home. We hired Dan to build us a custom "in wall" entertainment center where there was a big hole. What an amazing design and job he did. He listened to us, he was very quick and clean with his work and his workers listened to me and my wife and did EXACTLY what we wanted. He also converted a wine rack into a plate rack for us. We don't drink any wine so it wasn't needed. You would never know that it didn't come built in like that. I will hire Dan again hands down. If you are looking for a custom home builder, or someone to just do remodels around the house - HIRE DAN!”

“Best experience building custom home. Builder was extremely easy to work with, professional, had great attention to detail, personalized custom service, and a honest aim that you love your home after completion. We had decided on an epoxy type floor for my dogs in a finished garage room, and after having it installed, realized it had a strong smell. We mentioned this to Wayne and the very next day his crew was out to remove it and replace it with a different type of flooring. I will definitely be building a new custom home with Bellago within the next year.”
