“Tmax Builders remodeled our entire house (almost every inch of three floors), which included all new plumbing, electrical, adding a third floor, creating a master suite out of two rooms and porches and redoing our entire kitchen. Our house is a hysterical Denver square so Travis and his team had to also match 102 year old trim that he had to custom build. It was very important that our remodeled part of the home matched the original part such as doors, trim, built-ins and even the third floor hand rails. Travis’s team are hard workers, always wanting to make sure we were happy and let us be intimately involved in the process. We got to know Travis, Todd, Devin and his son Ronan well and would hire them again to work on any number of our future products. The entire team is very customer focused and when you hire Tmax Builders you hire Travis (Owner) and his core team who are also good friends, you don’t get random subs.”

“Our overall home building experience with Sigg Brothers was a very pleasant one. It took an extra month to complete, but in the current atmosphere, that was great timing. Doug was very responsive to all of our requests, and the final product shows it. “Andy and his team did a full rental property renovation for me - and delivered it on time and on budget. The work was outstanding - from design ideas through the finishes and landscaping. The property they started with was a mess and when they were finished, it was awesome. I was able to raise the rent 250%. This was the second project Reid Building Group did for me and the consistency in quality and meeting deadlines never wavered. If ever I have a need for this type of project again, including in my own home, I would definitely hire Andy and his team at Reid Building Group.”
