“Walker Properties just completed a fantastic remodel of our Jack/Jill restroom. From the initial meeting, Josh Walker was very helpful in guiding me to what would be most beneficial to the project and had several suggestions that saved us a lot of money and time. Josh was very straightforward with his estimate and broke things down in case we decided to do the project in stages. His crew was very meticulous, respectful of our time and home, and very accommodating when I decided to add something in mid-remodel(extra painting). The job was completed in less than two weeks and it is beautiful and everything I asked for and more. I HIGHLY recommend Walker Properties and will definitely use them again in the future.”

“Hiring Chellyanna Contractors, was the best decision I could have made. They are professional, knowledgeable, open, honest and transparent. They were dedicated to creating a design and project that worked around my budget and concerns, and the quality of their work was impeccable and on time. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable. Any questions I had were answered in short order and I never felt anything but comfortable entrusting my home to them. 10/10 would hire again.”

“John Newton of Cornerstone Builders recently built us a home in Weatherford, TX. We could not be more pleased!! John is a man of high integrity. He is a family man, trustworthy, and very intent on making everything right! John is extremely reliable, which is important in the building process. He answers emails, texts and is regularly on site. Having a talented builder is a real plus. He leveled dirt on a tractor, dabbled in a couple plumbing projects, installed appliances and much more. He even cut a metal hanging candle holder that I wanted to hang in a niche; it was just a tad bit too large. He has been in the profession long enough to have selected some outstanding contractors. We feel that we had the "best of the best" plumbers, electricians, tile layers, carpenters, etc. I don't think we will be moving from this gorgeous home, but If we did need to downsize or move for any reason, John would be building us another home! “We contracted Oakmark Homes to build a house on our lot. The entire process with Oakmark was extremely pleasant and stress free. Mark was always attentive to our concerns and changes. He personally oversaw the entire build process. We did not have to deal with a build supervisor or program manager, we worked directly with the builder. Mark is extremely honest and did what he said he would do. We would highly recommend this builder and if we ever build another house we would use Oakmark again.”

“This company allows you to concentrated on what you do best, b/c you know they are the experts in what they do. Building can be a difficult process, and you hear nightmare stories, this company disproves any of that. The process with them was seamless with no surprises along the way. Communication is on point and the deliver a product in a manner that they state from the very beginning. I will continue to work them and refer with my name 100% on the line. In addition I recently had a small issue come up at the house and within 24 hours it had been fixed, and had not had issue since. I like a builder that stands by their work.”

“We used Canterbury Custom Homes to build our new home almost 3 years ago. Even today, I am still in awe and the custom details in our home. This was the third home we had built and by far, the best experience ever. James was attentive to every detail and keep us abreast of everything. Above all. we stayed within budget and he did not go a dollar above what he quoted. Any changes I made, I paid directly to the subcontractor. James is a PERFECTIONIST and takes pride in the quality of his work and only uses the best subcontractors who bring that same level of passion and perfection to their respective areas. Above all, he is one of the most ethical people I've encountered in a long time. He means what he says and will always shoot straight with you. He met every deadline he committed on the front end. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality custom home and enjoying the experience at the same time!”
