After reviewing our plans, they made it clear that there was flexibility and that all communications would be open, accounted for, and documented. All the fears of building a custom home were eliminated by the kindness, understanding, and face to face meetings. There was never a minute when the status of our project was unknown whether it was the change orders, cost impact, or planned finishing date. When Kathy and I visit in other homes, we realize that the right decision was made when we chose Gregg and Rains.”

“Dan Morehouse is the most professional builder I have worked with at the residential scale. His estimating tools and communication skills far surpass those of any other residential builder I have seen. Both the homeowner and I felt informed from the beginning, and we were updated multiple times each week with photos and descriptions regarding the job's progress. I always felt engaged with the the project so I could weigh in on important issues as they happened. I recommend Dan to anyone looking to build a house or take on a large addition/renovation.”
