“The contractor is professional, takes his time to explain everything and has great subcontractors to do the work needed. I can say I read the contract thoroughly and he was ammenable to changes upfront. I also provided him with a professionally drawn floor plan for the new porch and garage, including all electrical, doors etc. The project was completed in the time available although bad winter weather did delay construction, not his fault. I would recommend him and the company for any residential work you might need as that is what I am most familiar with. I believe I only had three changes made during construction and we agreed on the cost. I really am pleased with the quality of materials, the work and those folks he employees to work.”
