“I hired Carolina Timberworks to build 9 radius trusses for a home in 2012. I got a fast accurate and very detailed estimate of EXACTLY what was and what was not included in the price. Carolina Timberworks came out to measure once and we installed them a few weeks later. All the trusses fit perfectly and the craftsmanship was top notch. Everyone at Carolina Timberworks was friendly, helpful and easy to work with. It has been two years since the beams were installed and they are still as beautiful as ever! Customer is happy so I am happy. If you need timber framing work done these are the guys you want to hire!”

“One of a kind builder! My wife and I had our hearts set on a new home that would truly reflect mountain style living. Green Life builders came through on all accounts. Simply put, they are the only homebuilder in this area that incorporates authentic post and beam construction with a conventionally built, energy efficient building envelope. No one else can deliver the feeling you get when you walk in and see the massive ceiling timbers and support beams that define the interior spaces. It’s the real deal. Mitch and his team were easy to work with, and accommodated our specific wants during the build. He also worked with us on finding ways to minimize the financial impact of add-ons during the process. Finally, we appreciated the authentic touches Green Life included as standard, like the use of real stone, inside and out and forged wrought iron balusters in our loft. If you want a solid house with that real mountain feel, Green Life is the way to go!”

“I used this company several years ago when I wanted our driveway paved with a stamped design. We get many compliments on the color and design. When I needed to replace our church steps due to rotten railroad timbers, I thought of this company that had done such a fantastic job at my home. They have almost finished this job, which entailed removal of the old timbers and uneven brick pavers, before they could pour the new steps. We had closed off the dangerous area that joined the upper and lower parking lots, so now we can finally use the upper lot!! Great job, Lisa and John!”

“We had Cash Custm Homes build our house on our lot with ground breaking 9/2012. This was our first time building a house and they made it easy. They helped design the floor plan giving good suggestions along the way. Suggestions were also made while being constructed that improved on the design. We were given plenty of time for deciding the elements in the house before deadlines. We would bring in a picture and they would fine a supplier. In one case Marty designed a very similar element at a fraction of the cost. Our wants and desires were meet. Getting the best for less out of money was always a consideration for Marty. CCH has great employees, especially Marty and Carol, and subs all want to do a job that make them and the homeowner proud. The house is very well built. You can't go wrong having Cash Custom Homes build a house.”

“KDI built our home at the Reserve at Lake Keowee. Will Hines, the President of KDI, was highly recommended by several people. At the start, he provided the most detailed, and, as it turned out, accurate estimate and gave us creative, cost effective ideas to ensure we got the home we wanted within our budget. He was very 'hands on' during the build process. He's very knowledgeable and it's evident he has a lot of experience building complicated homes. Now that the house is done, Will is very responsive to any questions or issues we have, however, it's important to note that we have not had a single serious issue with the house. The house is of the highest quality and we could not be more pleased with how everything turned out.”
