“Being new to the area, I found Lovett Building by pure chance. I assumed I'd have to meet several contractors before finding a match. Not so! Ben Lovett can handle everything from design to digging, foundations to fancy, paint to plumbing. But beyond being a capable creative contractor, Mr. Lovett has ideas and vision. I was embarking on a total remodel of a shabby 1940's miners cabin, and I had absolutely no idea what I was doing! And yet, I knew a lot about how I wanted it to feel in the end. So I needed a very patient builder who was also an astute listener. And naturally, I also needed someone honest, hard working and communicative. Lovett Building met all these needs, in addition to all the basics: accountable, thorough, and stayed within budget and timeline. The process (1 year) was fun and interesting, and I am now living in my dream home. Could not be happier!”

“I am on the second phase of a whole house remodel with Trilogy and I have nothing but praise for them. They have shown great flexibility when working with me and their subcontractors have been both pleasant and professional. “Integrity is the single word that sums up this business. Perfectionism is the only negative that I come up with - attention to detail. They built our home from plans that I drew up - had them converted to professional documents, permitted, engineered and completed with the utmost professionalism. I asked how they handled the punch list during the contract negotiations - "What punch list?!!" was the response. They were right - there wasn't one. 10 years later I'm still waiting for my first nail pop. Lifetime service - the slightest issue is taken care of immediately and with a smile. After5 years - they replaced my water heaters - said they were still on warranty. Can't say enough about the quality of the construction. Len Stevens made our dream a reality. We had previously built 8 homes from the ground up in various locations around the United States. I have had experience with many tradesmen and builders. This company is one that I would choose again if I ever down-size or rebuild in the area. Project lake front home - 6,000 sq ft heated and cooled - 9,000 under roof. Lake front Tuscan estate with custom stucco interior and exterior inspired by, and reflecting, Tuscan feel, .89 acre cul-de-sac, flag lot for total privacy. All appointments are top-of-the-line. Imported tumbled marble and cherry flooring throughout, 3 master suites plus .5 bath and outdoor shower, gourmet kitchen, 2 outdoor kitchens with slab granite and teak cabinets, private dock for 3 boats is on no-wake-zone. Climate control winecellar, private gym, 4 car garage including private shop,gently sloping walkways and cart path lead to lakeside, 1300 sq. ft. loggia”
