“This is the second major project in a year's time where we have used MLM. The first project was the total renovation of two bath rooms. They both were beautifully finished. The second project was the3 addition of a large screen porch on the rear of the house. The room is 22' X 22'. It has porcelain tile floors, ceiling fans, and can lights on a cathedral ceiling. Machi is very much a professional who stays in close contact with the owners. We recommended him to a neighbor who had him remodel a bathroom. They also were very satisfied.”

“I met with Mark in December of 2015 to discuss the cost and process of building a new construction home on my existing lot. After selling my previous home, I hired him in January of 2016 to oversee the project. Construction began in late February. The project was completed on time and within budget and we were able to move in by September 2016.”
