“I can't say enough good things about Perthel Homes. We have lived in 2 homes built by Perthel Homes. They did a custom build for our 2nd home with them. In addition to getting a home that was extremely well built and a good value for the money, what I liked the most were a few things. They were very transparent on their costs and expenses, and their customer service and responsiveness was outstanding. In order to accommodate our schedule, we had meetings and walkthroughs at all times of the day and night, as well as weekends. When resolving issues, nothing seemed to be a problem. Everything that that came up was dealt with quickly and fairly. My experience with them was just terrific. They made the daunting task of building a custom home a whole lot more manageable. We couldn't be happier.”

“Building our home with Rautmann Custom Homes (Chris Rautmann) was a wonderful experience. Communication was excellent. When I had a question or change I always got immediate feedback. All my concerns were addressed appropriately and all deadlines were met. We have built a home before but this was an excellent experience compared to first home building experience. “Lakeside Landscape helped us remodel a 1950's house. We were very pleased with their work, both in design and quality of workmanship. They completely remodeled the kitchen and master bath, designed and built a large closet- dressing room, removing many tiny closets and an out of date ubath to do so. We were able to live in the house during the remodeling, so were on-site a great deal of the time. Their sub-contractors did excellent work. We have now lived in the house for approximately three years, and are very happy with it.”

“JFK painted our bathroom, kitchen and family room. They also put in some new cabinets in my family room and some granite counters in my kitchen. I could not have been more pleased with the quality of their work and the price I paid. “Our remodeling experience with Bayer Homes, Inc. went beyond our expectations, from design work through the finished product. Our contract included the remodel of our kitchen, two bathrooms, and laundry room which was finished within the estimated timeline and budget. Rick and Bob were great to work with. “Building a house is extremely stressful however Ronny, and the rest of the Barenz company, guided us through the process taking care of managing the work so we could focus on other things. Ronny, in particular, was very responsive and gave us confidence that everything was under control. Always a professional Ronny has a calm demeanor and is very knowledgeable about the home building industry. Plus, he's just a good guy. We would recommend Ronny and Barenz Builders to anyone interested in building a custom home as we did. They were great to work with.”
