“Contractors 4U worked very quickly on a proposal for a remodel. Received a very accurate quote on the scope of work and we were able to move forward. The work was completed and I could not have been anymore pleased. They kept me up to date throughout the entire process, which was nice. I will definitely use them for any future remodels or new builds.”

“We contracted Oakmark Homes to build a house on our lot. The entire process with Oakmark was extremely pleasant and stress free. Mark was always attentive to our concerns and changes. He personally oversaw the entire build process. We did not have to deal with a build supervisor or program manager, we worked directly with the builder. Mark is extremely honest and did what he said he would do. We would highly recommend this builder and if we ever build another house we would use Oakmark again.”

“Tom and Scott built this great house for us about 8 years ago. They were involved from design and of course through construction. With over 7000 sq ft, we had lots of questions and challenges for first time we had a house built. They were terrific and we felt that we got a good value and great advice throughout, plus quality construction. Important too was that they stood by their work and do so even today. I know that if I had a problem with this house that was even remotely related to construction that one quick phone call would bring them back and they would take care of it. We did have a problem several years after construction and they fixed it at no cost to us. We have also had some remodeling done by them and they are great. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone. I would attach a picture to this, but do not see a way to do that.”

“I had the opportunity to work with Mike on several philanthropic projects from 1991 to 1994. During that time he oversaw a yearly Haunted House. Part of that oversight was to have a free standing structure built to specs that would pass fire and safety inspections required by the city. This task may seem small by the standards of what he does today but it still speaks to his character and his ability. He was a able to motivate forty young men, free of charge, to build a two thousand square foot water-tight structure and design it so that it was the scariest haunted house in the D/FW area. The building had roof, floor, walls and electrical to code. In my twenty years of knowing Mike I have never witnessed an instance that he didn't keep his word. He will tell you honestly how he feels - even if the truth might hurt feelings. he doesn't know any other way. I'll let others review his paid-for work. I can't speak to the nuances of vaulted ceilings and wine cellars. What I can tell you is that if you are searching for a builder or a contractor based on his character then you would be well served to choose Mike Garabedian for your next job.”

“We recently hired McEachern Custom Homes to renovate both our kitchen and master bathroom. Caleb was professional and a pleasure to work with. He was reliable, patient and very responsive. During the planning/design process, Caleb shared ideas and design opinions, which was very helpful. During the remodel, Caleb ensured our questions were answered and concerns addressed. He did such a great job managing our project and never dropped the ball when we sent requests or questions. Caleb’s end goal was to ensure we were happy with the completed project and we absolutely are!!! We would definitely recommend McEachern Custom Homes and hope to hire them again for future projects!!”

“This company allows you to concentrated on what you do best, b/c you know they are the experts in what they do. Building can be a difficult process, and you hear nightmare stories, this company disproves any of that. The process with them was seamless with no surprises along the way. Communication is on point and the deliver a product in a manner that they state from the very beginning. I will continue to work them and refer with my name 100% on the line. In addition I recently had a small issue come up at the house and within 24 hours it had been fixed, and had not had issue since. I like a builder that stands by their work.”
