“I had my front porch/steps and side steps (including railings) completely redone from wood to trex (composite). The job was performed in a timely manner (in fact quicker than expected) and I am very happy with the final outcome. It’s clear that Steve (the installer) is extremely experienced and even advised of modifications to what was existing to make it even more beautiful. I would gladly hire them (Kanstrukt Group) again when I'm ready to add on an addition or customize/remodel my home.”

“We hired Mike to renovate our 100 yr old beach home. During the renovation, we encountering many unexpected structural problems. Mike and his team were able to solve them all! His work is excellent and our neighbors have all commented on the high quality of his execution and finishes throughout the project. His team is courteous and professional and we would highly recommend him. We have used him on several other projects as well and would consider going to anyone else!”

They met all their promised deadlines, delivered what they committed to and did an excellent professional job at finishing our home. We have had a few minor adjustments and they responded quickly and resolved the issues.”

“Dwell Renovation did extensive improvements to my home from siding, to roof, to gutters, to new deck. Every single worker who came to my house was professional, skilled, friendly and neat. They performed the job as if they were doing it to their own home and every part of the job proceeded flawlessly. Very impressed. Additionally, any time I had a question, Austin or Rowland ALWAYS returned my call promptly. They are always accessible. They didn't disappear halfway through the job. I would recommend and have recommended them to anyone who needs work done at their home. It is extremely difficult to find builders this good and attentive to their customers. They are one in a million, truly.”

“We would like to thank everyone at Gambrick for the personal and professional service that was shown to our family throughout the process of building our new home. I talked to a couple contractors and they were supposed to give me a price and blueprint on building me a new home, but months went by and I heard nothing. I'm so glad I was able to hire John and the Gambrick team. I had an idea of the house I wanted and with their plans we got just as close as we could get. They always kept me informed on everything that was going on, from the drawing of the plans to the actual building of our new home. If I had any questions at all, no matter how big or small, they always took the time to answer them. All of the crew were nice and professional from the beginning to the end.
