“We contracted Oakmark Homes to build a house on our lot. The entire process with Oakmark was extremely pleasant and stress free. Mark was always attentive to our concerns and changes. He personally oversaw the entire build process. We did not have to deal with a build supervisor or program manager, we worked directly with the builder. Mark is extremely honest and did what he said he would do. We would highly recommend this builder and if we ever build another house we would use Oakmark again.”

“We recently hired McEachern Custom Homes to renovate both our kitchen and master bathroom. Caleb was professional and a pleasure to work with. He was reliable, patient and very responsive. During the planning/design process, Caleb shared ideas and design opinions, which was very helpful. During the remodel, Caleb ensured our questions were answered and concerns addressed. He did such a great job managing our project and never dropped the ball when we sent requests or questions. Caleb’s end goal was to ensure we were happy with the completed project and we absolutely are!!! We would definitely recommend McEachern Custom Homes and hope to hire them again for future projects!!”

“I had the opportunity to work with Mike on several philanthropic projects from 1991 to 1994. During that time he oversaw a yearly Haunted House. Part of that oversight was to have a free standing structure built to specs that would pass fire and safety inspections required by the city. This task may seem small by the standards of what he does today but it still speaks to his character and his ability. He was a able to motivate forty young men, free of charge, to build a two thousand square foot water-tight structure and design it so that it was the scariest haunted house in the D/FW area. The building had roof, floor, walls and electrical to code. In my twenty years of knowing Mike I have never witnessed an instance that he didn't keep his word. He will tell you honestly how he feels - even if the truth might hurt feelings. he doesn't know any other way. I'll let others review his paid-for work. I can't speak to the nuances of vaulted ceilings and wine cellars. What I can tell you is that if you are searching for a builder or a contractor based on his character then you would be well served to choose Mike Garabedian for your next job.”

“I found the team at Mansfield Custom Homes to be extremely professional, courteous, and fair in their pricing. After viewing the quality of work in a house project they were building, I contracted with Mansfield Custom Homes regarding some re-modeling work on my existing house to get it ready for market. They did a great job! No doubt, their work helped get my house sold. If I had not already purchased another house, I would have considered building a new one with Mansfield Custom Homes. When the bug bites me again to build, I have no doubt that they will be at the top of my list for builders I will look at. It doesn't take long visiting one of their projects that quality is job one and pride in cleanliness of jobsite is a priority. If you are looking for a quality custom home builder, you owe it to yourself to give them a look. Thanks again for doing a great job on my remodel project.”

“My wife and I thought we knew a lot about building custom houses since I had just built one 5 years ago. The building technology had changed significantly. I am glad we used Will Steed Homes. They were on top of the latest in building technology and practices. The new home they built us is a lot more energy efficient and better built than the one I built 5 years ago. Most people who build a custom home describe how trying it is. We had just the opposite experience. Will was great to work with. We enjoyed the building experience, and most of all, we enjoyed seeing the house of our dreams go up right before our eyes. Will Steed Homes has stood behind their work in every way. The service has been top notch!”
