When changes were needed, he endeavored to get them done with no rework involved. This practice kept costs down as well as allowed the home build process to proceed without delays. He introduced us to his construction team members as they began their segments so we knew them and could talk with them when required. The interior teams were also great and paid attention to detail as they were doing their areas. They took any changes in stride and focused on delivering quality in a timely manner. We were consulted in any significant questions and they also provided really useful advice when asked. Again Ranjit was very involved throughout the process to keep the work going at a good pace. After key turnover, Ranjit and his team were just as diligent in completing any ‘punch list’ final items we noted. They even found some we had missed and got them done. “Nancy Bruce helped my husband and I transform our builder grade kitchen into a beautiful custom kitchen. With Nancy's help we were able to use our cabinets and rebuild them to fit an amazing Farmhouse Sink. Nancy suggested changing our island by making it larger, adding wonderful legs to it and having it custom painted to be a distressed farmhouse black with a glaze. With her advice we tied in the black island with a great black tiled backsplash and a granite with black flecks in it. Nancy kept us on budget and kept our timing on schedule. We couldn't have been happier with her help. When it came time for us to move from that home-we called Nancy again and used her design expertise to help us stage for a quick sell during a bad seller's market.”

We have been in other homes recently that are newer construction and I still contend that no one builds with the intricate detail that Brian uses in his work. Now that we have gone through one of the 'endless coldest winters', we are amazed at how low our utility bills have been! This home is built 'solid'! It's not only about picking the right 'this, that or the other' for the home; but also timing everything so that your construction stays as closely to schedule as possible.
