“Ash Builders refurbished my house in June 2018. From start to finish I received the most excellent service. Slim’s knowledge of the building trade and refurbishments was extremely insightful, helping me make good decisions on what I could have in my home. The work was carried out by Slim and his sons in the time frame arranged and was done efficiently with minimum disruption. A hard task when internal walls were being knocked down. They were clean, tidy and friendly. No job was too big or small for them, even when I changed my mind! I would 100% recommend Ash Builders for their above excellent work. My home is everything I wanted it to be and more.”

“From our first meeting with ‘the Nicks’ we were immediately struck with their enthusiasm and insight into our project. We were impressed with the time and dedication they showed in producing a very well laid out and costed specification based on our initial plan. They are very particular paying careful attention to detail and have built up an excellent team of skilled contractors who all worked to an extremely high standard. They managed to work around us, whilst we continued living in the property, ensuring that we had basic services available at all times - much appreciated in the winter months. During the build Nick Turner was onsite to supervise, and otherwise, was quick to respond to email and texts and kept us informed of any delay or snags. Nick Crick (Customisation King) proposed practical solutions to any problems that arose and they were both particular in leaving the site immaculate at the end of the project. They proved flexible and always listened to our requirements producing a superb end result. “We compared 6 builders when it comes to a tender pack stage and went for AD Construction based on a few references, plus a reasonable quote - they were not the cheapest though, to make it clear. Our project was a big job - demolishing everything to have one more room to add on the 2nd floor, loft conversion, kitchen extension and full refurbishment. Basically, we left a skeleton and build all from the scratch. Arben and his team were well-dedicated to our project. They had to put a few thick metal beams to start with and then, roof, brick walls, etc. and all was pretty much on time. He was proactive to raise issues with structure or design so we were able to fix anything required in advance, rather than later which can cause more money. He has a team with 10-20 years of experience (e.g. Tiler, electrician, plumber, joiner...) so when it comes to details, I can say all was spot on. If you are looking for a builder with a good quality, I can only recommend AD Construction without hesitation. Thank you Arben and your team!”
