“Building our forever home was a true labor of love. Through the entire project, the staff at Eastbrook Homes was diligent and accommodating. The materials used, craftsmanship, and quality of construction are second to none. Guests at our home constantly rave about the beauty, and the attention to detail at every corner. Now in our home for 4 months, we continue to be pleased with the level of service and attention we receive through regular warranty inspections and typical adjustments from house settling. Had we the opportunity to it all over again, we would not hesitate to choose Eastbrook Homes as our builder of choice.”

Bob didn't try and force his solution to fit our needs as most of the other contractors. He listened to what we wanted and came up with a solution that was perfect for us at a reasonable price.”

“From the moment we met Brian Meiste, we knew that his home building approach was different from his competition. The warm smile from Amber when we walked in made us feel welcome. Brian gave a good picture of how they work (it turned out that he was absolutely sincere) and was happy to meet with us any time and show us other homes that he built in the area. Our design consultants, Abbey and Heidi, were so well organized and helpful. They actually knew what we would like before we even saw it! The project management team of Kevin and Zach kept things nicely on track. Every promise was made good on and they worked within our budget. Now that we have moved in, we couldn’t be happier. They followed up on our punch list, which was short. Our dream house really is a dream - it was fun to work on and stress levels were very low. Thank you, Meiste Homes!”

“New Urban Home Builders was hired as the general contractor for renovations in our condo. The scope of work included a bathroom remodel, kitchen update, new wood flooring, painting of the interior, construction of a new closet as well as electrical and plumbing work. In addition, we had the terrace enclosed for pet and child safety. All of the work was done to perfection with careful attention to detail. After completion, there were a couple of minor fixes that were taken care of immediately. All in all, the experience was wonderful and I would readily recommend them to anyone.”

“We worked with BDR building on Lake Michigan home. They were professional and completed our home in the time frame we expected. The quality of our home is outstanding! From our first meeting to the completed project, we felt like we were working with friends. We have never built a home before, but after this experience with BDR, I would do it again. We worked hand and hand with the designer to help pick out products that would add appeal to our home and our construction manager was always available to answer any questions that we had. Great job, BDR!”

“Cutting Edge designed and built our basement remodel. They started with unfinished space and re-engineered load bearing walls to open it up. We now how have a wet bar, built in TV wall and shelving, a full bath, a wine closet, and space for an air hockey table. In addition, they replaced countertops in our kitchen and replaced our master bath shower. The end result is absolutely beautiful. The workmanship is top notch. As is typical with this type of project, we had some scheduling delays and minor cost overruns, but we are very happy with the finished project.”
