The job was more intensive in what was thought initially. They ended up working long hours to ensure everything was completed to the highest standards. They ripped out all flooring as needed, installed new sub floors, durarock, and tile and still finished by the deadline and we were able to reopen the property back up to vacation guests the very same day.
