I called Scott on a Thursday and he was able to get in there, inspect it, and do the demo work on Friday. By Monday, the sheet rock was hung and sealed, and by Tuesday, it was painted and looked like nothing had ever happened. Scott's responsiveness meant minimal inconvenience for my tenant. He was professional and extremely responsive, even helping me by providing before/during/after pictures for the insurance claim I had to make. “JBC did a complete house renovation for me in 2017. I was still living on Long Island and the house was in Westchester. Barry Cohen was always attentive to the project, my requests and would call or email me when there were issues or decisions to be made. I would check on the project weekly but Barry was in charge. He was on site regularly and supervised all aspects of the project from bathroom to kitchen renovation to roof replacement and painting. It took many months but we’ll worth the effort. I had interviewed 3 contractors prior to project initiation and Barry was the only one to actually give me a complete proposal for work to be completed.
