“To be honest, I totally hit the house lottery on this Valor home. I didn't have a super huge list of "must haves", but it was precise. This house encompassed my list and more. My process was so seamless. My concerns were addressed immediately and the staff has ALWAYS been courteous. From the beginning, my experiences with Jeremy and Leigh have been wonderful. At closing, Leigh made it so easy to understand the product that we were receiving. Once we moved in, I thought that was it, but Valor checks on us and makes sure that we're adjusting well and even still addresses problems IMMEDIATELY. I am happy we chose a Valor home.”

“Comprehensive craftsmanship did the work for us when our house flooded last year. I have to say they did an excellent job and the entire experience was very good. Overall they showed up when they said they would or let me know in advance that there would be a delay. They were respectful of our house while they did the renovations and repairs. “Ryan and his team worked hard to make our home affordable and at the same time built us a quality home. We appreciated the extra steps to make it energy efficient as well. They started as soon as we were ready and completed it on schedule. Although we built a small house he treated us like we were his best customers ever. I highly recommend Compass Homes and if given the chance, will use them again Rich Yarborough”

“No construction project is without unexpected problems and additional expenses. All you can hope for is an honest contractor that will explain the problems clearly and discuss options and expenses. You will get this with Jason Butler. All of his subcontractors were very good and honest as well. Even after the completion of the project he returned or sent one of his subs to fix any problem that were found. He also has great vision and style sense, so that the project blends with the rest of the home. We would definitely use him again!”
