“Doug and Dez own and run Noble Heritage Builders. Doug has been building homes in the Verde Valley for years and has a strong relationship with great sub-contractors who handle everything from electrical, plumbing, grading and excavation to roofing and tile and granite. Doug uses his own framing and finishing guys who are all top quality. Doug works on the old fashioned principal that his word is his bond. I highly recommend them.”

“My wife and I engaged John Nanke, Nanke Signature Group, to build our home in Hassayampa, Prescott, Arizona. Prior to this big decision we interviewed a number of builders and decided to go with Nanke Signature group due to the quality of homes he had previously constructed, the input from past clients and our overall evaluation that he was an outstanding and reputable builder of custom homes. We could not have been any happier. Our construction and his commitments to the completion of our home could not have been better. In addition, we found his employees and the contractors he utilized during the course of our 22 month construction to be highly professional and a pleasure to work with. Mr. Nanke is a man of his word who takes great pride in his work and he worked with us every step of the way to ensure quality construction within our budget. I cannot recommend Nanke Signature Group any higher than to state we would go back to him again should we ever build another home. He is a good man and a tremendous custom home builder.”

“Jason Smithson of BP2 Construction is the consummate professional. Our project was a complete remodel of a very unique property with some distinct historical characteristics. Our goal was to respect and stay true to the history of the house and yet to modernize all of the systems. Jason's experience and thorough knowledge of all aspects of the construction process, his well-established mutually respectful relationships with expert subcontractors, and his ability to effectively manage a multi-faceted remodel assured the success of the project. I (the owner) acted as designer on the project and even though I had no previous experience, Jason was extremely respectful, offering advice when necessary, and working with me as a fellow professional. I couldn't speak more highly of him. THE PROJECT WAS PURE JOY!”

“Lawler Construction renovated our 1981 ranch house in Sedona, AZ. The house was not constructed in the typical manner as the engineer who built it was focused on solar/energy efficiencies using the technology available at the time. Lawler was able to sort through all these unusual construction techniques bringing the house into the modern era as well as making it energy efficient and esthetically pleasing. The unconventional construction methods used in the house required Lawler Construction (Jim Lawler in particular) to come up with creative and practical solutions. For example, when an existing beam did not go all the way across the span as expected a new beam was placed higher up opening the kitchen view more. And, when a duct was not located where the architect's plan showed it in the laundry room, they were able to swap cabinetry (already constructed) with that in the guest bath giving us the bathroom vanity we really wanted. Their budget and calendar were right on and updated in a timely manner. They were thorough, paying attention to every detail, able to come up with solutions for some challenging problems and were a pleasure to work with. We were never made to feel any of our concerns or questions were silly. I feel it is a testament to Lawler Construction's professionalism, experience, attitude, ability to work well with us and the subcontractors and meet deadlines and budgets that we were still on good terms by the end of the project!”
