“We raised our family in the same neighborhood over 26 years. Our home yearned for updating. Some goals were: eliminate fall risks from multi level flooring, make downstairs bathroom senior safe, open up family room and brighten up downstairs with new doors and windows. We chose Marrokal because of their impeccable reputation. We did not seek other bids because ours would be the 7th Marrokal remodel project in our small cul-de-sac. All our neighbors praised their work. The Design Team exceeded our expectations and incorporated creative innovations into our home AND helped us stay within our budget. The production phase required a bit of oversight, but this job, remodeling all of the downstairs, was completed on time in 5 1/2 months. We lived in our home during the project and Marrokal always kept the job site clean! The caliber of subs was top notch. The final product turned out fabulous! Finally, we rarely need to utilize our extended warranty due to the quality of workmanship, nothing breaks! There is no doubt in our minds that we will hire Marrokal for future projects. You should too!!”

“Most General Contractors are ok until a change order is needed and than the problems begin with cost over runs and a delayed project. Fortunately with the owner of Hulton Development, he was very good at communicating the process and costs associated with the project and when the project had an unexpected change order, Thomas made it work and was efficient at making our concerns, his concerns. We appreciate working with a professional.”

“Complete master bath remodel and outdoor shower. Steve Berg is awesome!!! He was referred to us by a friend who used Berg construction for a small bath reno. We had an extremely long shower that we had made smaller due to the unused space. New tiles, shower heads, tub and completely new cabinets. Steve had an idea of the style we liked and gave us sooo many great options. He has a great eye for design and was always available when we had questions. Steve gave us a very competitive bid that included EVERYTHING. His tile guy, Julio was meticulous. Our bathroom came out even better than we imagined. We are absolutely thrilled and are considering renovating other parts of our home with Steve Berg.”

“I've been working with Brad now for a number of years as his photographer, and over that time have photographed numerous finished projects, and can attest to the attention to detail he gives each and every job. I always look forward to shooting one of his projects, as I know everything will ready to go, (even having all of the lights on prior to my arrival)! Brad always includes some extremely nice upgrades not often found in most homes, particularly built-in iPads that control specific features within the home, and in-closet safes that provide a great level of security. I can't recommend working with Brad and San Diego City Homes enough, and I look forward to making his next project shine!”

“We have used Unite Top Quality Construction for several different projects around our 1960's home. They have done a bathroom remodel, roof repair, window installation, painting inside and out, electrical work, concreted an entire space below our house, and much more. They are on time, do the work at the price quoted, they clean up afterward every day, and they are nice people as well. I highly recommend them!”
