“With a growing family we got to the point that we needed to start looking for a bigger home that would suit our family and budget. We were quite happy to buy an existing home if we could find the right place. At the same time, we figured it wouldn’t hurt to look into building a new home if we could get some decent square footage to fit our budget. We looked around and found a piece of property that we liked. We called Raymond Faber from West Coast Homes to discuss our options and he immediately earned our trust. He put some drawings together (without cost) and discussed our options for pricing and layout. As time went by we got ‘cold feet’ on the property. What a dream to have all that extra room to move into down the road! During the construction phase we had a wonderful experience. The trades that West Coast used were very friendly, helpful and willing to give advice when we were visiting the job site. There were times when Raymond would offer suggestions to change things on the go to add functionality – all done without extra change orders. We would build with Raymond and West Coast Homes again in a heartbeat. They are honest, patient, reliable and hard-working. Thank-you, Raymond and crew for a great job!”

“We hired FM Construction to be the contractors for the building of our new home. Pete the owner was very knowledgeable and helpful. They have great connections when it comes to the sub-trades, and also who to connect with in terms of fixtures, flooring, tiles etc. This was our first house built, and it was nice to have the input from an experienced contractor as to what would work, or what wouldn't. Also in terms of suggestions of doing things different, and bringing forth new ideas that we had not thought of. Most of all, we think that Pete is very easy to work with, and his professionalism and experience made it easy to deal with decisions (sometimes stressful) that had to be made. We are looking to build another home in the future, and would definitely work with him again.”

“Archie of Kardian Costruction and the team who were on our renovation project were amazing! These guys were above and beyond; courteous and gentlemanly. Archie Kobes was the head contractor. Harry Lowen did the bulk of the construction and finishing. Our reno or house rebuild was a big project which involved removal of a wall to provide the open concept kitchen/living area we were wanting plus the upstairs of a large open master suite and bath, walk-in closet, 2 more bedrooms and another bathroom. This project had several surprises that presented with unwelcome challenges. These guys are thinkers with 'can do' attitudes. We lived in our home all through the renovation! These guys were so easy to have around our home and because they were so tidy and considerate, the stress level during the construction phase was very bearable. We can hardly believe this is the same home. It was pretty decent prior to the reno but now it is drop-dead gorgeous! I would like to include some stunning photos but I did not see a way to attach them in the review I sent in on this company so this is a duplicate. Review.
