“My wife and I purchased a home on Lake Norman 14 years ago knowing that one day we would turn it into something special. Over the course of owning the home we did a few little projects like remodeled the pool, resurfaced the docks, added a screen porch, built an outdoor kitchen and bar, etc. When we finally got serious about doing our inside remodel we called Mike Shalvoy with Patrick Joseph Destinctive Homes. I meet Mike through a mutual friend that used Mike and his team to build their house. After meeting with Mike a couple times we felt like he understood our vision, goals and budget. Seven months later we couldn't be more happy with the results. We completely gutted the inside of our home down to the studs. We took out walls to open the floor plan, raised ceilings and created a huge kitchen and entertaining area. All new water lines, electrical, insulation, sheet rock, doors and the list goes on. We have a completely new home on the inside that looks amazing.”

“I confidently would 100000/10 recommend. The team is intelligent and I was very impressed with the work, even two years on down the road (our house still looks brand new, owning dogs and hosting gatherings). Keen does not charge an arm and a leg for the quality of work they produce. Call them for a custom or a remodel/renovation”

“I hired Joe Roberts and Associates to do some much needed outside repairs, solve a major drainage problem, and create a patio and retaining wall to expand our outdoor living space. I am delighted with the results! Water drainage is no longer a problem, thanks to some very creative and attractive solutions. New chimneys were rebuilt to match existing brickwork. A crumbling retaining wall and outdated patio was reconfigured and has become our favorite place to enjoy the family. Joe listened to what I wanted and then worked out a design that was beyond my expectations, all with attention to details that I love. All work was handled professionally and promptly by Joe and his team.”

“Fleur de Lis Construction did a fantastic job converting my old dungy attached garage into a beautiful new kitchen, dining room, pantry and mud room. They also expanded my laundry room creating a much more functional home. Their work was top notch, kept on budget and the timeline. My wife and I are very pleased with our new space. “New Old Homes renovated our kitchen and master bath. They did so within the projected time frame and budget. In fact, budget wise, they always offered us other less expensive yet attractive options. Because of this and the fact that they took care of any and all issues before during and after the remodel. I have now since hired them for 3 additional renovations to our house and each time they deliver perfection.”

“We have used Brooks Henderson/Henderson Building Group for two renovations at our home. We were extremely pleased both times. The first was a renovation in our daylight basement of a recreation room and bathroom. They gutted our rec room, creating a stone fireplace, book cases, tile floor, and completely renovated a bathroom adjacent to the space. The second was a renovation of an upstairs bath room, installing new floors, tub surround and cabinets and sinks. We also asked them to add crown moulding in bedrooms and study where there had been none before.”
