I am a local Realtor and see comparable homes often, nothing compares to the home I purchased. The best part about it is that if something needed adjustment or repair, Mid Atlantic was on top of it right away to make sure everything was working properly and that we were happy. “My wife and I purchased a new spec home from Mitchell & Best and we are thrilled with the quality and attention to detail. The house is amazingly tight, we had a gas line that was damaged during some construction on the street and were without gas for 5 hours. It was below 30 degrees and windy and during the 5 hours the house temp dropped 3 degrees from 72 down to 69. I highly recommend this builder.”

“Building our home with Rick Batton and his staff was nothing but fun from start to finish. Rick and his son Kyle are very talented craftsmen and made the entire experience a pleasure. They were always patient and kind and all of the men were mannerly and caring. Before we hired the company, we spoke with families for whom Batton and Son had built and without exception they said that it was a wonderful experience and we would agree. We started the project as client and builder and finished a year later as friends.”

“We hired Timberlake to do an extensive renovation of our home in 2009. They were a pleasure to work with during every step of the process. Dave Lunden was honest, very reliable and extremely organized. The project was finished on time and on budget. It progressed exactly as he said that it would with no hidden costs or delays. The Project Manager and all of the subcontractors were a pleasure to deal with on a daily basis. They shared in our enthusiasm, were polite, highly skilled, hard working and responsive. I have spoken with several people who have had extensive renovations done to their home and frequently it was a stressful and unpleasant experience for them. I can honestly say that our experience with Timberlake was the opposite. Since the renovation I have contacted them several times for questions about materials or warranties and they have always responded to my requests immediately. If we were ever to renovate another home we would definitely use Timberlake.”
