Any query was handled promptly and without question. We can honestly say that our building experience was pleasurable and totally hassle free. The end result was exactly what we wanted and more. Angus had numerous clever and practical suggestions which enhanced our house design. He went above and beyond to make sure that we understood the process. Communication was superb and constant. “We first contacted Axcis in late 2014 regarding a possible raise, re-stump and renovation. Their knowledge and understanding of the process made the daunting seem easy to us as first time renovators. They worked closely with us to design a family friendly yet contemporary home in the heart of New Farm. They took us through planning, approval and a stress free build and certification with works completed on time and on budget in mid-2015. Since moving in we have been delighted with the quality, finish and the functionality of our new home. We would recommend using Axcis without hesitation.”

“We renovated a 1920's wooden cottage and we wanted more space but wanted to keep the character and charm of the building. The project was always on time and within budget and we were consulted at every step along the way. The final result is a mix of new and old which was what we were hoping to achieve. All of the on site builders/tradesmen were easy to approach and always went out of their way to ensure we were fully aware of how the build was progressing. We are extremely happy and are proud to call our renovated house our home.”

“We used Davey Constructions to build our new home and my husband and I were so happy with not only the end result but the whole process. Jared was very professional, helpful and patient throughout the build. He has years of experience and the quality of his work is a testament to that. The build was finished earlier than expected and within budget so we would highly recommend Jared and his team to anyone considering renovating or building on the coast.”

“This is the second time I have used ESP Developments. Their professionalism, their courtesy, their timeliness, their work ethics and their quality of work is simply outstanding. The fact that they cleaned up at the end of every day and left my house tidy and rubbish free - well that impressed me to no end - let alone they arrive on time every day. I cannot speak highly enough of this company and my next lot of renovations are only about 12 months away and I will be using them yet again. Thank you again for an excellent job - with each lot of renovations I do, it definitely increases the value of my home.”
