“This is the second time that Dean Jones and crew of Mirar Development has done a fantastic remodel job in our home. Several years ago they gutted our kitchen and rebuilt a beautiful functional kitchen for us. The job also included updating our powder room and foyer. We feel as though we moved into a brand new home. This past year they did a return appearance; this time redoing two bathrooms. They listened to our wants and needs. The workman were fantastic. Dean, Pat, and Rich did well thought out plans and carpentry work. The men that installed the tile were fantastic. Mike added such creative touches. The glass installers were great. We gave them the challenge of installing a product that they had not seen before. The plumbers and sink top installers were also top notch. Anthony, the painter, is a true artist. All were very professional and fun to work with. They are also very kind and thoughtful people. We definitely recommend Mirar Development Company.”

“NewCastle Homes, LLC builds exceptional custom built homes. They worked with my wife and I throughout the entire process from designing the floor plans to choosing interior and exterior features. Budgets and timelines were established early and adhered to during the construction phase. Their eye for quality and detail was impressive throughout the building process. NewCastle went out of their way to make sure we received our true "dream house" that was promised early in the planning stages. They provided continuous communication and timely follow-up to any questions that we had. We have been in our house for 18 months and the compliments from friends and family continue on both appearance and quality throughout the entire house. Any issue that has come up after closing have been dealt with timely and professionally with no questions asked. NewCastle Homes, LLC are outstanding builders and I would recommend them to anyone that may ask.”

“Brian Lantz built our dream home for us in Amber Fields. The craftsmanship and details in our home are perfect. We have built 4 other homes and Brian is the best and easiest builder we have worked with so far. If we ever built another house we would not even think of another builder. We were in a small apartment and Brian got our home completed in record time. During the building process we were able evaluate the progress and talk to Brian any time we needed. “Jim Pressel and his crew built our house and a barn side building in 2012/2013. It is a large high end home and they were very professional and did a great job. They also kept a clean sight and come back to fix any problems we have had after the fact even if it was sometimes one of the subs that made the mistake.I can say that I and other people he has built for have been very happy with Jim.
