Cory bent over backwards to help me resolve the issue. He was able to get over to the property and assess the situation quickly and get to work on resolving it. And there were some interesting and unique twists to our situation and he did a great job troubleshooting and problem solving. He kept me informed every step of the way, sending lots of pictures and always explaining things and getting my permission before moving forward.
