He makes sure he uses the best teams for the allocated job, and has keen sense of how to manage and coordinate all sides, seamlessly. He listened, put up with my endless requests and suggestions, worked attentively and methodically, gave us a basement that we will cherish for a long time to come. He made it appear like our basement was the only project he was working on, (which certainly wasn't the case)- always there and always ready. “I really can't say enough good things about Sound Harbor Development . They had built my house and the last thing to do was the basement which has just been finished . The millwork is so beautiful and the custom media room , laundry room , office, bathroom and rec room plus lots of great storage space which maximises every inch of space with great innovative idea's and this is just the basement which is just a continuation of the amazing design and millwork throughout the house . The contractor is a well renowned builder but such a personable person who's vision far exceeded my wildest expectations .I would highly recommend this to anyone ! if your lucky enough to get them .”

“My husband and I decided the next best thing other than marrying each other was to choose "My Boys Contracting" for our recent renovation and extension of our home. Mike, Kevin and all the excellent crew were a pleasure to work with from the beginning to end of the job. Their expertise and professionalism made the job so much easier to live through. Kevin was always available to answer questions and kept us updated on the timing of different parts of the construction. Their knowledgable crew are true artisans in their work. They always focused on their work and were considerate to our needs as we resided in our house during the entire construction. The construction was substantially complete as per Mike's original projection. Thank you Mike, Kevin and all of the "My Boys" crew for a job well done.”
