“I met Chris when I was hired to build a custom shower he and his wife had designed. Walking into the near complete renovation project is was obvious Chris had great attention to detail. The tile I installed highlighted other colors in the master suite.... All the trims were fluent throughout the house, color schemes all seemed to work well together. All the hardware used in the kitchen, bathrooms, foyer to even the shower and lighting fixtures complimented each other nicely I thought. I have since done a few more projects with Ambrose Custom Builders and thoroughly enjoy the unique ideas Chris and his team come up with.”

“We have been living in our Northcape built house for over 2 years now,and couldn't be happier. The process of designing and building the house was delightful, the finished product our dream come true. Designer/decorator Pat Westgate was so easy to work with, accompanying me to granite, tile, appliance and plumbing showrooms, all of which were totally overwhelming. She gently guided me to the best choices, gave her opinions when asked, whittled choices down when there were too many, etc. She was also a great resource when choosing lighting, always difficult for us since my husband and I have different tastes in that regard. She and Project Manager Jim Goin suggested some design changes that we are very happy with. Friends comment on how "solid" the house is--so well insulated from outside noise. It's an exceptionally well built house, with great attention to detail.”

“Unity built a Tradd for us. The house is beautiful and very comfortable to live in. As with any project there have been small issues here and there. The impressive thing has been the way that Unity has responded to them. They have been creative and done whatever it takes to resolve any issue that has come up - even sending out their own staff to take care of problems caused by our contractor (at no charge to us). Unity is a really professional and excellent company to work with.”

“I worked with Dupuis Carpentry to have the exterior of my house renovated, including installation of new siding, a wrap-around porch, deck, doors, and windows. I am extremely impressed with the quality of their work, their professionalism, and the timeliness they completed the project in, despite working during an inclement New England winter. They collaborated with me in every detail of the project to ensure I was satisfied and were a pleasure to work with. They were always respectful and trustworthy in my home and were fairly priced for top quality workmanship. I was disheartened to see their hard work destroyed by a fire at my house, but they exceeded my expectations in supporting me since the day of the fire through helping me navigate the difficult insurance process, promptly returning phone calls and emails (even off hours), and helping me every step of the way in redesigning a new home. They have comforted me during this devastating experience and have given me the confidence that I will again have a beautiful home, which I will proudly have built by them. “I chose Dan Foley to renovate a kitchen after checking with previous clients about the quality of his work, his attention to schedule and good price for the work done. He met all of these expectations. The project he did for me was: building new cabinets, arranging for a soapstone counter, installing a sink, dishwasher, re-coating an enamel top from a previous cabinet and installing it on a new cabinet, repairing the ceiling and under girding the floor. All of this was done to my satisfaction. He also followed up addressing issues after the project was completed.”

“We live in a 1790's cape, so updating and keeping our wonderful large soaking cast iron bathtub was a must in doing the bathroom renovation. Josh is meticulious and fast, we had to rebuild the walls and floors, retiling and retrofitting new hardware, the project took less than 7 days and was well in the budget that was estimated. Josh has wonderful eye and is an outstanding builder, there was no stress to this project just the success of a wonderful new bathroom.”
