“The first day we met with the Cypress team to discuss the home building experience we were impressed. We felt that we were allowed to discuss options and go with what was best for us. However, the Cypress team gave us valuable input into aspects of the building process that we were not privy to nor did we previously discuss. Perhaps a workshop on the home building process would be a good marketing strategy? We will look to build in the near future with Cypress.”

“We were looking for a contractor to finish our basement. Virtue Homes was highly recommended to us by others in our neighborhood. Gerald was easy to work with from the start and provided the budget and timeline detail we were looking for. His crew was open to changes that we made mid-project and they let us know immediately if any of the work exceeded the original budget. What we liked most about Virtue Homes is that they paid attention to the details we had in the other areas of our house and extended that into the basement. Now, the lower level space is an extension of our house and not just "the basement". At the end of the project, the inspector came through and said, "This basement is very well done". We would highly recommend Virtue Homes due their organization, attention to detail, prompt communication throughout the entire building process and their transparency with the budget vs. actual expenses.”

“Rucon Construction did a full remodel of our house, as well as all the finish work on our cottage, and we couldn't be happier! Having Cindy assist me in picking everything out was SO helpful as she not only is very gifted in interior design, but also is knowledgeable about the quality level of products, and she made it fun! All deadlines were met, which was so critical to us as we were living in my father-in-law's house while our home was under construction, and with the cottage, we just were anxious to be able to enjoy it for part of that summer! All of the subcontractors were very professional and did quality work. The entire staff at Rucon was always willing to answer any questions we had, and it was very clear to us that they are a business of high integrity. I would recommend Rucon Construction to anyone and would definitely hire them again!”

“Joel was the builder of our home. We purchased our home after the Spring showcase. We loved the craftmanship and rich details of our home but needed to make a few changes. He made a few changes to doorways and woodwork for us, and added a tub to the master bath. We then hired him back the following summer to finish our basement. He was so easy to work with but best of all conscientious about quality and budget. He is a perfect blend of creativity and engineering skills. His attention to details add an unusual element. He is great at adding architectural details that make your home personal. He has been readily available for questions and support after the build. Good customer service.”
