They finished my entire lower level, added a wrap around deck, a three season porch, renovated two bathrooms, and designed and installed custom entry stairs. The craftsmanship by Olson Development was extremely high quality. The company workers were respectful, communicative, and honest. The job site was always well managed, neat and safe. It is rare to encounter a company that embodies great integrity, great talent and a business acumen that puts you at ease from start to finish during your construction project. “We worked with Mauro Builders on an extensive home addition and renovation project and we could not be happier with our collaboration and the end result! Shawn, Michelle, and their entire team were brilliant to work with; they run a phenomenally high quality operation and every facet is managed in an extremely timely and well executed manner. Shawn and his team of contractors/workers are such a wealth of knowledge and experience as well; they were able to tackle every aspect of our project superbly, balancing the fine line of what was absolutely essential for the long term sustainability of what we were constructing, whilst being mindful of and staying as much as possible within our budget constraints. They are the most respectful and considerate team of professionals we have ever had the pleasure of working with too - considering we were living in our house while the work was being done, Shawn and his guys really went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and not inconvenienced in the least. We were done with our entire substantial process of construction within a mere 3 months; work was undertaken every single day without any breaks and with the utmost precision, quality, and care. “Don is very professional and knowledgable in all aspects of design, construction and remodeling. He does high quality work and meets deadlines and budgets. He built a deck and an addition to my mother's house in Stamford, CT, over 20 years ago, which not only increased the living room size but also gave the room so much more light. His great work allowed us to sell the house at a good price when my mother passed. I highly recommend his work.”

“Keith and his team redid the outside of our 1916 Craftsman home. The workmanship was outstanding and Keith suggested many details that enhanced the house and restored it to its true craftsman beauty. The work was done on time and on budget. Keith is an excellent contractor to work with -- he totally got what we were trying to achieve and worked patiently with us to pick out the right materials and colors. The work included new cedar shingles, new window frames, new braces and woodwork, and new roof. Would definitely use Keith again.”

“J&M not only came in and corrected mistakes and errors of a prior contractor, but has done amazing new construction work for us as well. They asked to have our architect join us in a discussion for our addition, and together we all came up with the best plan. J&M's team went to work, beat the deadline, stayed within budget (even with a few little extras added in), and did an amazing job. They also were so respectful of our home, our yard, and the impact on our neighbors. At the end of every work day, they cleaned up the construction site and took the trash taken away - they treated our home as if it were theirs. Everyone on their team was all so polite and respectful. I would recommend them to everyone in Fairfield County.”

“After years of working with construction companies that were unreliable with an undesirable finished product, Scott & I were thrilled when we met Billy and the team at William Paul Construction. It is clear that Billy knows the industry well, and uses that knowledge to guide you to make choices that benefit your project as well as your final price. We started off using WP Construction on a small project at home and have since used him to install a gorgeous bluestone patio with outdoor fireplace, renovate our kitchen, install a new master bathroom, build and design our pool and the list goes on! Billy is more than a caring business owner, he has a level of design skill that you will not find in most construction companies. I would recommend him to all of my friends and family - you won't be disappointed.”
