His process with us was not what I would consider fast, but "right" was much more important to us. I hope to live here the rest of my days. I guess my highest praise would be that I recommended my son and daughter-in-law have Peter design and build their next home.”

“Mark Ange built my home like it was his house. The attention to detail was remarkable ! Always on site and always available when called upon. The workmanship was top notch. Every tradesman was A +. No cutting corners !!!!! I own my own underground construction Co. we do work for ATT , First Energy and Time warner Cable. So I know a little bit about the construction projects. “From the moment we walked into the Smith Development Corporation home in the 2014 Parade of Homes, we knew Steve Smith was the builder we wanted to have build our home on Atwood Lake. He worked diligently to give us every detail on our wish list and yet be respectful of our budget. He listened to the details that were important to us and managed to incorporate each one into our plan. Steve and each of his staff were always very responsive to us and worked hard to get us information and answers to any question we had. The design and craftsmanship of our home truly exceeded our expectations. We have been in our new Smith home for over a month now and we could not be more pleased with our home and our choice of builders. This was the second home I had built and I was fearful of the building process because of my past experience with another builder. We interviewed several builders and when me met Pat and his project team we knew he was the right builder for us. Our project went well, we completed on time, and in 6 years we have had no problems with our wonderful home thanks to Pat and his team of professionals.”
