They were honest and set clear exceptions for cost and timelines (which they correctly estimated from the beginning). “I met Sue and Erling Pohls over 20 years ago, through my friend of many years, Jim Elliott. Sue, Erling and Jim have worked together for many years in the contruction business here in the Santa Ynez Valley and neighboring communities. They have have worked on projects, both large and small for myself and my husband. There is nothing they can’t do professionally and in a timely manner. They recently completely remodeled my home and I can’t tell you how happy I am with the finished product. They use only the best subcontractors and they are respected by their clients and employees. I might add that some of employees have been with them since I met them. I am proud to say that are my friends.”
