It involved lots of tricky aspects due to the age of the house, but his team of professionals handled it all with no problem. We are delighted with the results and always get compliments whenever someone visits. Best of all, Rick is honest. despite facing hidden hurdles in the job, he never tried to rip us off with "change orders." You can trust him to do a great job at the price he quotes.”

“E&L is an extremely professional company with a friendly feel. They have completed 2 projects for me. I got 4 bids for my first job last Spring when I had 2 bathrooms remodeled, one of which evolved quite a bit of moving plumbing and electrical. The second project of a third bathrooms was completed in September. I did’t even get other bid for that because I knew who I wanted to do the job.”

“When searching for a company to remodel our kitchen, we turned to friends and neighbors for guidance. Because we were new to the area, we were relying solely on the recommendation of others to provide us with a few contractors to interview. Two of the three people we asked provided us with the contact info for MP Constriction & Excavation. Imagine my surprise when two people who did not know each other both had great things to say about this company. When I called MP, I was greeted with a friendly voice who took the time to understand our needs without a pushy sales pitch. I invited Matt (the owner) to our home to further discuss our project. To my surprise, he even presented me with various options that ended up saving us money on our kitchen remodel. We could not be happier with our experience with MP Construction. “Riley Custom Homes built our custom home and incorporated a level of professionalism, integrity and courtesy throughout the entire process, from contract negotiations and construction to establishing an ongoing relationship based upon mutual respect and friendship. Their contract provided full disclosure of all costs. We met every other week, at our time preference, on the job site to discuss progress and upcoming agenda items. Owner, John Riley hires top-rate workers and has superb working relationships with reliable subcontractors. We would highly recommend Riley Custom Homes for a custom home or renovation.”

“Safe Harbour Construction went above and beyond in our remodel. Dawn & Phil had amazing suggestions, skilled workmanship and wonderful senses of humor that turned a disaster into a dream home. The remodel process can be stressful & intimidating. They were creative, fair, resourceful and compassionate throughout the whole process. My husband and I took a year to agree on a paint color in our primary residence. However, with the patience, advice and encouragement of Safe Harbour Construction, in a matter of months we were able to transform an entire home and create a beautiful, tranquil, custom retreat that we both love. Their creativity & resourcefulness allowed us so many more updates and details than we thought that we would be able to afford with-in our budget.
