“Exceptional Service and Quality of workmanship; design with vision I didn’t expect or had myself - on time completion of my renovation and in budget. Would not hesitate to use Reikon again and, actually, just committed to another reno with Reikon. I stress quite a bit about these things but not with Reikon - I can relax with them on top of the job. Highly recommend - perhaps “advise” would be a better way to say it.”

“My Wife and I had Alair homes do a complete renovation on our main floor in a new home we purchased. Their team was amazing to deal with. They kept on budget and stuck to their time line. All of our requests were met with no issues. We had young children at the time and they worked to make sure the house stayed as a safe environment for them during the renovation. Overall a great experience.”

“Lyall did an excellent job on my state of the art sound studio. I was nervous at first but shortly after working with him, that fell by the way side. Being a Gemini Award winner, i strive for perfection and must say the quality of workmanship was great and that he came in on time and on budget. He's gotten back to me whenever i had a question or concern after the project completion and has shown me to have integrity which i believe is an important trait for a contractor!”

“We decided to purchase a Linwood vacation home and chose Construct & Conserve as the builder, led by Cooper Grant. Building this home was our first major project. Cooper was a pleasure to work with and made the whole process so easy. The quality of work, project management, organization and communication were fantastic! We anticipated some delays but were very pleased that the cottage was completed on time. We always felt that Construct & Conserve had our best interests at heart and we trusted their honesty and integrity throughout the process. Cooper treated the construction of this home as his own and was very particular about the details - as first-time home builders , we appreciated this a lot! “I am an Architect in Caledon . Joe and Tyler Dettbarn have completed from start to finish several residential project , one just recently this year. They are a on time and on budget team of highly qualified construction project managers. Their attention to detail is second to no other contractor I have dealt with and they immediately deal with any of the hundreds of complex tasks that take to build or renovate s residence. They employ a large cross section of similar subtrades that provide high quality worksmanship for a fair price. Their local knowledge of permit approvals , regularly, design, in house engineering and energy savings building components sets them apart from the crowd.
