“RM Hale Construction has been a lifesaver for us as we have worked through an extensive home remodel. Roger Hale's team has tackled those projects that were beyond my skill such as new windows throughout our home, extensive interior work and a beautiful new deck. The attention to detail has been phenomenal and the patience afforded to me, the wannabe do it yourselfer has been most appreciated. My only complaint is that I wish I had found RM Hale Construction sooner.”

“We are currently building in Aurora, CO. I have been very happy with the process from Brad at Sales office, Mike our superintendent, to Jeane'e at the Design center. It has been a pleasant experience and would recommend to buy a house through them. I have almost lived in some Richmond home my entire life and have been happy. Only reason not 5 stars is at the design center most options that are standard are pretty meh and they know that, so you have to spend all the monies to get decent options for a lot of things.”

“Josh and Greenwood Builders completed a whole house remodel for us on our 1979 home in Centennial in 2023. We were out of state and making decisions remotely. Josh went the extra mile by sending photo/video updates regularly, helping us weigh countless decisions, and keeping the project moving. Josh does quality work and uses subs who share his commitment to quality. When the inevitable small issues arose after we had moved in, Josh was there quickly to help us find solutions and, where needed, get subs back out to make things right. We can't recommend Greenwood Builders enough.”

“The BEST building experience we've had! They were unbelievably attentive, helpful, kind, professional, ethical, detailed, timely and on-budget. Their communication was stellar. Their scheduling was precise. In our opinion, you will not find a more high-quality builder with more excellent customer service. They are a family company that has built in the Denver Metro Area for years, and they have established relationships with subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, artisans... and you can feel the difference that makes. They are extremely knowledgeable, and whenever we visited show-rooms/design centers, etc., you could tell they all had tremendous respect and admiration for the Austins. Their reputation in the community is phenomenal. They are fierce advocates for their clients, and never settled for anything less then perfect in craftsmanship and pricing. They wanted us to love every single thing. They are patient and thorough, and still follow up months and years after work is complete to make sure everything is going well. “Clark Johnson and Apex Mt Homes were selected by my wife and me from many contractors we knew in the area. Clark has done over 100 projects in the area and we loved the mountain look and the attention to detail as well energy saving methods Clark uses. In addition he brought us very innovative building methods, including Revit and pre-cut framing, yet still totally custom design that saved us 10's of thousands of dollars. The process was fun and creative. What we liked was a home that was grander, warmer in feel, and repeatedly receives comments from guests who say great things about the beauty, livability, great layout, and attention to mountain views. We also particularly appreciated the transparent budgeting and expense tracking system that kept our tension level very low. We moved in a month early, below budget. We would gladly build with Clark and his team again. We also found that the relationship was oriented primarily on what we wanted. The team repeatedly showed great ability at creatively getting us unique solutions and attributes that we wanted without breaking the budget.”
