“We hired Brad for two projects: a free-standing 2.5 bay garage and to finish our basement of approximately 800 square feet. The garage was built strong and sturdy, and matched the style of the home as requested. We especially like the small dormer built in the front. It gave the garage a little character, and matched the home across the driveway. I appreciate the loft space above the garage doors: perfect for storing patio furniture and the second sets of tires for the cars. No more scraping for us! The finished basement added a ton of living space to our home. Brad's recommendation of a drop panel ceiling was a good one. It's very convenient to have access to the plumbing and wiring above the panels. Plus, they look great! Our guests love the cozy little bedroom in the basement. I love my theatre space, with lots of room for a widescreen TV and sound surround speakers. Between the big windows and quality of finish of the work, this doesn't feel like a basement anymore. Now I just have to step out my sliding glass doors into a lovely little cedar all season sun porch. Ken, is thorough, and he has ideas that improve the plan and are worth the extra expense. Now my sun porch is still a lovely porch with big windows all around to take in my lovely mountain view, but it's also a 4 season room which increases the value of my home, and gives me a guest room.
