“Let me first off start by stating, that I usually don't write reviews. That being said, Erna Properties deserves my time to write this review. I have been working with Dave the owner since the summer of 2016. He is extremely hands on, attentive to detail and professional. He is a man of his word, when he says he will be somewhere at a specific time, he means it. His workers show up for a full days work and leave the area clean. I'm not easy to please, I'm one of those people that like to be hands on and do multiple inspections during a project. Not only did Dave not have a problem with it, he welcomed it. His motto is; "on time, on budget and done my way (the client)" can you get better? We feel very blessed to have found him and to be working with him. I know that when we move into our new home, this building process will be the first of many fond memories to come. I know that spending your hard earned money is a big deal and choosing the right contractor is essential for peace of mind. Dave and his company realize that too, they will treat you like family and respect your time and money as if it were their own. I can't recommend them highly enough. You won't be sorry when you hire them.”

“Dino installed our kitchen cabinets with perfect precision and detail. He built our island beautifully like a piece of furniture. He sat with us through the entire kitchen design to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and that all designs made sense with functionality and fit. He often followed up with vendors to ensure we got what we paid for and received the best finished product. Dino was a great liaison for us to source the right products and subcontractors, we are not in the construction business and this was our first home and renovation. He spent all the time we needed with us and we never felt rushed. He completed our project down to last detail before moving onto his next job. We felt we could then and still can call him anytime with questions.”

“From the day we walked into Aqua Imports and met Bill, it was a non-stressful and delightful experience to completely renovate our 25 year old kitchen and bathroom, together with replacing all of the flooring throughout the foyer and hallways, as well. We were able to select everything that we needed at his well- displayed showroom. He gave us feedback and even made recommendations to us about comparable, less-expensive alternatives. Once the job was started, his crew actually arrived on time, prepared our home so that the areas not being worked on were sealed off and kept clean. The finished products are beyond beautiful! There isn't anything I would want to do over!!”

“Andy completely did my sunroom, tiles in the kitchen, put a patio in my backyard. He put new light fixtures and outlets in some of the rooms in my house and he recently put a new shower door and a fan in my bedroom bathroom . Andy is inexpensive reliable and does the job right . I highly recommend him.”
