The family member did not finish the work and left us very suddenly with no heat or water in the house and months behind our projected end date. Jackson was able to step in and take control of the situation immediately and get the project back on track and finish it better than we could have envisioned. It's always difficult with renovations in such an old house, there's always surprises, but he was able to work with everything in the house and allowed us to have the smoothest construction experience.”
