“We had a new entry door installed. They provided great service, were on time and completed the installation in a very timely manner. They were very respectful of our needs and treated us like it was as important to them as it was to us. They cleaned up after themselves and even wore booties to protect my floor. I would highly recommend them. Good value and great quality.”

“Pat Franz and his entire Clairmont, Ltd. team were exceptional. My husband and I are thrilled with the design but, most importantly, the entire remodeling process was smooth... thanks to Pat. He patiently worked with us to perfect a design that was both within our budget and met our desires. Even though a third-party designer made a critical measurement error, Pat was able to quickly think of an ingenious idea and executed on the new design immediately. “Jaime Villagram, owner of Construo Construction was prompt and delivered as promised at the original price we agreed on. All work was completed on time and in a professional way. That was my first time using him. The next time was in my home. The dishwasher malfunctioned and flooded the kitchen. The hardwood floors all had to be refinished or replaced. Jaime took over with the insurance adjuster and got the approval to do the job .Job three was a leaking roof on my commercial building That was also done perfectly.”

“Joe did a major contracting job for us, renovating a 1900 house.. Throughout, his team was excellent, did quality work, and took pride in their work. The finished project is fantastic. “Cut masters did an amazing job adding custom details to our otherwise boring old house! They put built in's on either side of our fireplace and trimmed around out flat screen TV. In addition to that they put beautiful crown molding, chair rail and wainscoting on the main floor. It has absolutely transformed our house into a home. Lastly, they put a classic Carrara marble backsplash in the kitchen, a custom mirror surround in the powder room and opened up the wall from the kitchen to the family room! AMAZING!!!”

“I have used Hogan Design and Construction for two different projects in my home and I couldn't be happier with the results of both projects. The first project was to install a sliding glass door in an area where there was just a door and window. It was a large project that required cutting in to the wall of my house. The second project was having them completely demolish and re-do both bathrooms in my house. This was a very large project. The level of professionalism shown on both projects was outstanding. I always knew when workers were scheduled to be working in my house, I always knew what specific work was scheduled, and I always knew whether the project was on schedule or not. I've worked with other contractors and one of the biggest complaints I had with them was that there communication was spotty at best and non-existent at worst. With Hogan Design, I was never in the dark. They were up front and honest with me and most importantly, when they said they were going to do something, they did it. I've found this to be a rare quality amongst contractors. I couldn't be happier with the work completed by Hogan Design and Construction and I will definitely be using them again for any future projects that I have. When you find a good contractor, you hold on to them.”

“Fantastic Results! I hired James and his crew in 2020 to assist me with a "flip" on the North Shore. It was a very old house riddled with issues. I've been a designer and contractor for over 20 years and can say that the NRC crew was top notch. They helped push the complicated renovations along and followed my design requirements perfectly. They fully renovated the entire interior and built a front porch addition on the exterior. Their crews were attentive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!”

“A little late with this review, but these guys definitely needed to be complimented. We did a complete small bathroom remodeling project last year and we contacted these gentlemen for their services. They did a wonderful, professional, on-time job for us and we will definitely be looking at using them for our future larger bathroom project. They changed out floors, shower, shower doors, walls, sink, toilet, vanity, mirror and did an outstanding job and took owner changes or concerns in stride. Very courteous and clean and followed their estimate closely. I recommend R Brand Homes for home upgrades and remodeling projects wholeheartedly.”
