“I hired Chad Goodin's firm to build a 3,600 sq ft, 2-story, custom lakefront home on Lake Norman in Mooresville, NC. This scope of the project included demolition through new construction. The project was completed on time. I found Chad, himself, and his entire team to be highly professional, competent and communicative. I was always made to feel like their top priority. A couple of minor follow-up items that have popped up after the CO was issued have been promptly taken care of, which speaks volumes about the integrity of Chad, his employees and his relationship with his subcontractors. I would definitely endorse this firm.”

“BAAS construction did a fantastic job updating my mid-90's bathrooms. The super-responsive team always got back to us immediately whether it was voice, text or e-mail. Project changes were handled seamlessly and the pricing was very competitive given how excellent the final work was. They even followed up weeks after the job was closed to ensure we were satisfied with the work. I will be using them for any work we need done in the future and highly recommend them!”

“My recent home renovation was an exceptional experience.The team at Steelesconstructionllc was very professional,knowledgable and talented.My whole house is new and shinny from floors to ceilings,including a new kitchen with custom cabinets to new bathrooms,totally gutted and renovated,to beautiful moldings ,floors,doors and appliances. The construction was amazing ,they kept the site clean neat and protected with superior workmanship.Then the design team came in and the house is spectacular.My reveal was unbelievable.Everything was perfect from the furnishings, the decor, the paint, the special touches ,like valuable family pictures on the shelves to the gorgeous lighting .they even placed fresh flowers in vases.This company gave me a truly beautiful home.I highly recommend them.”

“Ryan and his crew jumped on a severe water leak(s) on a house we had just purchased. A wall of windows on the backside of the house was leaking with heavy rains. Ryan found that all windows were rotten and leaking from the top down. This turned into a much bigger job than we had expected, but Ryan was "on it" and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. He was conscientious about the house, property and our budget. As this was coming out of the pandemic getting supplies (windows) was a challenge. We had to change the whole look of the backside of the house due to the difference in windows that were available. Ryan dealt with these changes, under pressure from us, and honestly the house looks better with the changes. I would recommend KD's Elite Custom Building for your next home project.”

“Moss-Marlow built a very solid, beautiful home for us this year. We lived in a different state and were concerned about proper communication during such a big project; but it was not a problem at all. Our project manager was incredibly responsive to every issue. We were sent current photos of the work done and updated on the construction progress regularly on the Buildertrend app. Their main office has a showroom containing a huge variety of choices in tile, flooring, stonework,etc.. Every sub-contractor Moss-Marlow used on our home was attentive to our input and provided such professional results! I can't express fully how very pleased we are with our new home. Thanks, guys.”

“From start to finish I can’t say enough good things about this company. I presented a challenging project in a challenging historic district. Nailed It Construction didn’t blink, the designer took my vision and worked with me to make it better. Amber knew what I wanted more than I did. She dealt with the challenges and created viable options. During the process of renovation some very old 4X8 timber’s were found, she came back with an idea to expose them which I’m sure cut into her profit and added significant time to the project, but her attention to detail and perfectionist wouldn’t allow her not to deliver the highest quality product. She stuck to my budget the best she could. The schedule was met as best it could be but add on and issues with electrical which was not known until we were underway. Nailed it is my go to company for all my home improvement and design projects. Nailed it will be working on a cabin project in banner elk for me in the near future can’t wait to get to work in that project with Nailed It Construction again. Do yourself a favor and give them a call for any design work you have or renovation!!”
