“We have used Monks several times. Our most recent project involved refinishing our floors and painting some inside of our house. These guys answer their phones, show up on time and give you a quote on their first visit. Then they started on time and finished on time. They weren't the cheapest way to go, but they were the only company I found that could handle the painting, floors and carpentry without subbing everything out. We felt it was worth the money to have one company running the entire project and we were right.”

I spoke to a few people before hiring him, all of whom blew the scope of the project out of proportion - I appreciated his well informed approach to fixing the problem in the most efficient and straightforward way. “We were referred to Legacy Contracting by several people. They are a quality operation from start to finish. We witnessed firsthand the level of professionalism from all. Each member of Legacy, from Owner down earned our trust and respect and treated our home as though it were their own. We renovated approximately 1,100 sq ft of the main part of our home. Legacy Contracting removed all of the walls, resulting in an open concept new Kitchen, Dining and Living Area that we had desired for years. The quality and design of their craftsmanship was amazing. In fact, several visitors to our home assumed we hired an architect to do the design prior to having Legacy do the renovation, when in reality it was Legacy who offered the suggestions. Our renovation was completed on time and within budget and the outcome far exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to refer Legacy Contracting to anyone.”
