Igor Imerlishville, the owner, has a great aesthetic sense and a great eye for detail. He is a one stop shop for anything and everything one can think of in a basement, from plumbing to electrical to flooring to bar to bathrooms to painting to surround sound system. “Semcore did 2 complete bathroom remodels. They were very professional my master bath they took out a garden tub and replaced with a shower stall and linen closet. They kept my home very clean as they were working and cleaned up at the end of every day. Melvin made sure I was happy with everything that was done every step of the way. I am sure to use Semcore again for future projects. I highly recommend them.”

“Taking on a home renovation project is- while exciting- a big pain in the arse!!! It is scary and time consuming and messy! Throw into that mix a 1 year old, 1 month old, a crabby wife and a travelling husband and you'd think it's a cocktail for a disaster! I know!!! It's what we were prepared for! However, having worked with Don was so different from the disaster we imagined. He transformed our once Drab very 90's style kitchen into a modern clean and inviting Oasis! He helped with some ideas and was incredibly proficient with his measurements and follow through. Timely, respectful, quiet and just a professional, Don made his time lines and kept us apprised of any situations- thankfully, there weren't many EVEN THOUGH WE TORE WALLS DOWN! I'd highly recommend him for another job any day of the week. He worked with us and didn't take on another project until he was done! That means a lot in a world of half finished jobs and no shows- Don takes this seriously and his company will be heavily sought after because his work speaks for itself! Thanks Don! “I contracted Nick and his team to remodel the inside of my home. We built transom walls, redid he hardwood floors, box molding, crown molding, chair rails, base molding, two bathrooms, my office, painted, installed 65 LED high hats, revamped the subfloor on the side entrance, among other improvements that I'm failing to remember. His team was courteous, respectful, prompt, timely, and educational through the months of the home improvement process. Nick, himself, was present each day giving me daily updates as to what would be happening for that specific day. Also, as change orders appeared, he was willing to work with me as they were not outlined in the original scope of work (the unforeseen i.e., rotting sub floor etc). All in all, the finished product was incredible, the process was seamless, and the relationship built with a knowledgeable trustworthy contractor is invaluable.”
