“In February 2023 I took 3 bids to tear down an old redwood deck and replace it with a Trex deck. I chose Rob Kurk Construction. His bid was very competitive. He had excellent references, great communication skills, he is professional and easy to talk with. He has good listening skills and responsive to my requests or changes. Rob and his crew built a beautiful 12'x80' Trex deck with iron railings and three flights of steps in the amount of time and price Rob had originally stated. Not only was Darko Borovnica knowledgeable in his craft and work ethic, Darko gave brilliant, creative and functional design ideas for each space and room. I was pleased and impressed that he was willing to invest his time in a potentially small project after hearing that his present project was building a multi-billion dollar modern energy efficient home.”

“I engaged House on the hill Construction to build a world class Lash Studio called Dekalash in Castro Valley (salon) and I am so happy . Not only the work was done beyond my expectation , the team took care of all the coordination with all the parties .. I never had to visit the site and my staff love the beautiful studio. They are always accessible , kept me informed of all the progress and I don't have words. I have already referred them to my fellow franchise and they are my future construction partners . You are always welcome to take a tour of their work at Dekalash Castro Valley and you will know what I am talking about . Besides construction, the team also did all the assembly of furnitures , pictures etc etc I am recommend with highest possible recommendation .”

“My wife and I hired GXDB to build an addition onto our family home in East Sacramento, to support a new Master Bedroom. We interviewed other companies, but were just more impressed with GXDB. We were very happy with the process and more importantly, the finished product. GXDB stayed on schedule, on budget and far exceeded expectations. “Ron is a professional all the way from start to finish! He has done a number of projects for me all to my satisfaction. His prices are fair and his work is quality. He’s done luxury vinyl flooring throughout my home, all new kitchen quartz countertops, cabinetry work, tile work, electrical. I wouldn’t trust anyone else!!!”
