“Obviously it's up to each consumer to thoroughly vet a builder for a whole host of legal concerns, including things like licensure and permitting practices, but this review is more about overall experience... Upon the recommendation of some friends of ours, my husband and I used Grenier Construction in the summer of 2012 for a full remodel of a 2-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath condo in West LA. By "full remodel" I mean that they dropped and added sound-proofing under the entire ceiling, they removed a ton of wallpaper and smoothed and painted the walls, they replaced the flooring with wood flooring (marble in the bathrooms), they completely rebuilt (including custom cabinetry) the kitchen and all three bathrooms, they installed various forms of lighting throughout, they installed various appliances (we bought everything new) throughout, they created a built-in entertainment center (including a large, swiveling TV "arm") out of a former wet bar, etc. In other words, for a condo, it was a fairly involved job. Long story short, we got the clean, modern look we were seeking, on budget and on time (and with as few ruffled feathers on the part of our new neighbors as possible). No surprise, we went on to recommend this company to friends and acquaintances -- and are recommending them here.”

“GHC handled our kitchen remodel and we could not be happier. George and his Project Manager Bill helped us with ideas and vendors. Their subs did quality work and they worked seamlessly with the one sub I brought in. The proposal was detailed and the final cost was very close to that number. They worked every day and provided a daily status and plan for the next day which relieved us of the angst wondering how things are progressing. Bottom line was they came in on budget and on time and we are very happy with the finished product.”

“We would like to commend Ron Dell renovation services for an awesome job in renovating our home. Our home experience a flood in the bathroom upstairs, the toilet reservoir tank developed a cracked and leaked, causing water to migrate and seep through the ceiling and living room downstairs "what a disaster" Mr Austin Crigger was our Gen Contractor who responded and with his knowledgeable professional experience team, worked and resolved our situation.
