Not only were they knowledgeable and professional, they walked me through everything - step by step - and kept me calm throughout the whole process. I finally felt like I was being treated like a human and not just some customer - especially cause they were always quick to respond to all of my countless calls and texts (lol sorry guys!). They redid both of my bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and 2 bedrooms - floors to ceiling - in such a quick amount of time! It was beautiful!
